Welcome to The Ark, an Australian Outback Wildlife Sanctuary
The Ark is a refuge for orphaned or injured native animals on the boundary to Litchfield National Park in the Northern Territory of Australia. It is the ideal place for rehabilitated Kangaroos and other native species to be released back into the wild.
On the Ark these animals are fed and nurtured with great care and dedication.
The property is a private piece of Australian bushland, founded by resident owner Nina Keener in 1995 on her own initiative. The idea grew out of her love for Kangaroos and other native animals.
Consequently there is no financial aid from outside sources.
Now you can book a nights accommodation and day tour on this peaceful place to show your support.
Nina's Ark is a wonderful wildlife experience
